Minolta C350 Print Controller??

I bought an Imagistics 3520 (same as a C350) with the "standard" controller. Is the "standard" controller, drivers, etc the same as the minolta branded model? This does NOT have a "fiery controller" installed.
Can this print and scan with Vista? Thanks in advance

I have made c350's print and scan. I am not that framiliar with the imageistics versions.
