thanks for the input, guys. I will try the trick with the composite power supply and unplugging items. I did that on the DC controller, but should have done that on the power supply. I luckily have a machine next door where the customer doesn't care if I swap parts out to narrow it down. I guess these problems are good for us every once in a while if they don't kill us. I was just so baffled that I had no DC anywhere and it wasn't the main power supply. Wish me luck. What do you all think about the HD, Dimms, or Main controller? I really don't see those being an issue, do you? There was some lightning last night and it knocked out my dad's weight scales about 4 miles down the road. It was this way when they opened up this morning....but it seems to me as lightning would get the main power supply before anything...
