dead ir2200!!

Customer came in this morning and said machine wouldn't do anything. It has Print and fax installed, possible Lightning?.....

Update.....I went by this afternoon and found that the machine was for sure dead. When turnin on main power, the green led on front flashes one time really fast and that's it except for a flew led's quickly flashing on the main controller at the same time. Wall voltage is fine, I have ac power to where it needs to go. I have no dc voltage anywhere, so I assumed the main power supply was bad, of course, I swapped it from another machine, and no change. The PS from the dead machine also works in the spare. Now I'm really confused.. Does the DC controller tell the Main power supply when to start supplying 24 volts? I'm gonna try the DC controller in the morning. I'm guessing now...I would think if it was Hard Drive, or a Dimm somewhere, or even the Main controller, that it would do something, there are no noises or anything, The Composite Pwer supply only supplies HV, right? All input appreciated, I've serviced Canon for 15 years, and this is a doozy, especially when you're a one man show...thanks...
