i can't get an original through this df. stops right after the reg switch everytime. cl-reg switch, eye and black mylars in addition to the obvious feed rollers in the system along with the belts. i went back and swapped this feeder with another but exactly the same problem. any ideas appreciated. thanks t

Customer ordered toner for AR-M237. " Change toner cartridge" was in display. I had a recycled cartridge with chip from Static Control. I have used their AR-M237 chip for another customer which worked fine.
Got message "check toner cartridge". I put the chip on the empty cartridge to see what I would get and got same thing ( "check toner cartridge".

I have an AR 205 that shows a paper jam in what is labeled "extra" bin. I have looked everywhere and I'm sure there is no paper in the machine anywhere it shouldn't be.
The only thing I can think of is a malfunctioning or blocked sensor. Can anyone tell me where I can look?

good day
i have an old Canon GP 220 with french language
when i change the language into english
the problem suddenly come out.
the problem is either
1) first copy is ok, succeding copy is all blank.
or
2) first copy is ok, succeding copy will have horizontal white lines, some 1 inch thick.
hope someone can help :)

We have a imagistics 4511 (sharp ar m455?)
it's being installed as an in house printer for printing our reports,
toner orders, packing slips etc.
We are using omd\vision system for our dispatch, inventory control,
basically all of our stuff.
Anyway the machines works perfectly for everything except
packing slips. The packing slips print out fine but when it's done with
the packing slip it kicks out a singe packing slip template.
