Did a full PM kit on this at 600,000 still working but drum was streaking. The fuser came with instruction to upgrade to the below firmware. I got it downloaded and wondered, darn machine went 600,000 on contract and not one call except feed tires about 300,000 one bay. The old rule if it is working do not fix it over whelmed me and I would why should I what am I to gain?

I have a machine that has U-Send on it and can send just fine to XP boxes in the office but it won't let me access the vista one. I can see it on the workgroup screen but when you press the computer it waits a long time and then says workstation not responding or server not responding. I didn't write down the message exactly. Thanks in advance. Any suggestions welcome.

well originally went for sorter out of order, that was easy the customer had a cabinet wedged up into the sorter. than they showed me samples of copies with streaks and colored copies where way off like blue looks purple,so i replaced the drum blade and transfer belt blade and cleaned turret system and drum assembly still got streaks and wrong color with blue, replaced whole ap assembly drum with developers from working machine (streaks are gone) but blue is to purply looking , when do full... Does anyone know what the difference is between toner for a CS1650/2050 and a CS-2550. I sold the wrong toner to a CS-2550 customer by mistake (senior moment). They somehow got it installed in the machine. Said they just had to bump it a little. It was copying great. When I went to do a PM I couldn't get the toner out. I had to tear the whole top off of the machine to get the toner out. I will not do that again. Have a happy 4th.

1、 When using RADF store copying, scanning process display SC46-12 error code;
2、 From the original glass to scan into memory and then printout,The machine stops responding or display sc46-12 error code.
Replace ICB is invalid.
Any solutions or help?
By updating firmware?

Besides c4 does anyone know how to fix a laser mis alignment???
A fellow tech has one that only cyan is off registration (feed direction) by 3 mm. All the others are perfect. He has replaced the laser, dc cont 1&2, transfer belt, reg sensor assembly, main controller. So far nothing has fixed this and he has been fighting this for over 6 weeks. We have a loaner... Can this machine be hooked up to print without the ImagePass box? I hooked it up and cleared out the MMI, reset the network connections. Loaded PCL5 drivers and set it up on network. Can RUI to it and see it on the network, but will not print. Anyone ever got one of these to print without the ImpassPass box?

I just replaced the drum on this unit and the front and rear sides are bad, too dark even on lightest settings, center of page is fine. Think it is probably bad exposure lamp but wanted input. I cleaned the optics already. Thanks in advance.

this one is tripping a 555 code every 2 to 3 days i reset it and it pops the 552 code wich is the middle stat. I checked the ratings and all three of the stats are 152c but on the plate they read 211 and 192c. I ordered the 192 and 211 stats and replaced them but same deal with the 555 code. Is there a bulletin on this one, maybe a firmware upgrade. Why are there 152's in this one and not the correct ones from the parts list. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks t

Canon IC D780 no scanner light |

Have a Canon IC D780 that comes up with no scanner light and will not
even drive the scanner carriage to home position. Can manual position in
home position but still when print button is hit display says scanning but
scanner never lights up or drives. Just ends up with an alternating audible
alarm tone and shuts down. Also never get the red alarm light. Is there
some diagnostic to isolate what the problem is???
